JUSTIFICATION OR RATIONALE
Prevention and Treatment of Air Borne Diseases.
Airborne diseases are very common in Africa. Infections such as the SARS- CoV-2, Common Cold, Influenza, chicken pox, Mumps, measles, Whooping Cough, and Tuberculosis are predominant in Africa. These communicable diseases tend to spread over a large geographical location within the shortest possible time. Hence it is imperative to test the masses, trace the infections, and treat these populations in Africa. This would reduce the number of indigenous who are affected by some of these communicable diseases. With the implementation of Public Health workers without borders, special interventionist programs and policies would be administered to complement the efforts of government in eradicating these diseases.

Sexually Transmitted Infections
Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs) are an ambiguous burden of tremendous health, social and economic consequences to most African Countries. Treating STIs in Africa has proven difficult as many victims feel stigmatized to talk about it or address it. According to UNAIDS; almost 37 million people globally were living with HIV in 2017, sub-Saharan Africa accounted for 66% of the cases, 68% of new adult HIV infections, 92% of new infections in children, and 72% of all AIDS-related deaths. SE International through this program would allow professional medical officers to engage in public education campaigns and general sex, STI prevention approaches and treatment of these STIs.
Epidemiology
With the implementation of this project, healthcare providers would be able to analyze and fully assess the incidence and distribution of sexually transmitted infections using a centralized data collection system. To assess the statistical importance of STIs, such as the incidence, distribution, and statistical data, we use various published studies, an official government, or health organizations as health providers. Clinicians engaged in this project can use this data and information to better track and treat STIs. Providers must understand that STIs are linked to patient behavior and should be addressed during the clinical evaluation.

Maternal And Newborn Health (Women and Children Health)
The UN Sustainable Development Goal 3.1 states that reduce the global maternal mortality ratio to less than 70 per 100,000 live births. To collectively achieve this target, SE International would work hand-in-hand with other stakeholders to solve introduce interventions involving behavioral change, health education for pregnant women, and medical support system which would reduce the risk for maternal and neonatal, and fetal mortality.
