Welcome to Social Entrepreneurs International! We are a global organization committed to addressing pressing public health challenges worldwide, with a particular focus on Africa. According to the World Health Organization, many African countries face a significant shortage of healthcare workers and a range of systemic challenges that undermine the delivery of quality health services. The situation is compounded by the burden of infectious diseases that still outweighs non-communicable diseases and injuries. As a result, our organization has established the Public Health Professionals Without Borders-Groups (PHPWB-WBG) program to prevent, protect, and promote high-quality health products and services to address these challenges. Our mission is to fight public health challenges through the prevention and treatment of airborne diseases, sexually transmitted infections, maternal and newborn health, mental health, and obesity management, among others.
